Salud is a medical app, created to be your health life partner. Users can now store their medical data for easy access and keep medical history up-to-date. The dashboard will show biodata and body measurements, recent vaccines as the user gets live data off vitals and symptom history from consultation notes.
Version 1.0 is aimed towards synthesising users with the idea of storing important medical data on the safe, secure and easily accessible Salud app. Users can begin building a medical history within the Salud Ver. 1.0 by capturing the details from consultations with medical practitioners: store synopsis notes and prescriptions. We recommend users to NEVER self diagnose using their history of prescriptions within the Salud app, instead we encourage that users share this history with their health care providers so as to effectively diagnose a current ailment. Salud’s safe, secure and handy medical info storage features are the perfect tool for encouraging users to seek second options for diagnosis.
As users input body measurement and pulse with each update in vitals, the dashboard will show Body Mass Index - BMI, and last heart rate reading. With each vaccine the user inputs, the Salud app will store an image of the vaccine as well the dates to keep the user updated as well as suggest important vaccines for optimal well being. While updating BASIC DATA, users will have the opportunity to include emergency numbers. In the case of an emergency, the Salud app can be viewed by attending personnel to access Next-of-Kin contacts and local emergency services phone numbers for their region.
The medical data forms are dynamically linked to form an extensive medical history with extensive use. We recommend users to input as much information upfront and build as time passes for best use of the Salud app functions.
The VIEW function on the Salud app is a consolidation of all current medical data inputted by the user. Linear lists of Basic Medical Information, Medical History, Allergies, Symptoms and Vaccines are outlined for easy reading by any prospective healthcare provider.
